I loved the contentedness in every kids heart at TAL and was overwhelmed by the joy they have. They carry a heavy past but you don’t see it in the connectedness they share with the life they’ve been given. I saw them love deeply and joyfully. They love learning, it’s a joy for them, the dream big because they’ve seen big things happen for them in life already! The translation from slave to free is beautiful and worthy work.

And with the hair I put a piece of duck tape and cut out a couple strands of hair and placed it on the tape. It was quicker but still came out nice. Thank you for posting this.❤️
